Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
• 1.1 ‘Call & Win’ is open to all active users.
• 1.2 The Promotion Period shall be from 10 Dec 2009 to 12 Feb 2010. (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
• 1.3 “Active User” refers to customer who has purchased at least $20 on monthly basis and meet with the following conditions.
  • a) Purchase of $20 must be in single receipt
  • b) Purchase can be made at AXS stations or shops
  • c) Date of purchase must be between 10 Dec 2009 to 31 Dec 2010
  • d) keep all receipts of purchase proof from AXS and shops
  • e) Identified himself or herself by NRIC or passport or student pass and etc
• 1.4 Each user shall be entitled to one (1) chance for every $20 spent in a month for each Participating period in which he fulfills the criteria as described above.
2. Mechanics of the ‘Call & Win’
• 2.1 A total of 24 winners prizes are available for this promotion. They are listed below.

• 2.2 Each user may win more than one prize in this promotion.
3. Conduct of ‘Call & Win’
• 3.1 User will be entitled to win the prizes listed in 2.1 if the digits pin numbers he purchased contain more than four digits of ‘8’. The digit ‘8’ must appear in sequence and must appear at last position
- For example:
Pin no: 123888814678 (not accepted due to digit ‘8’ is not appear at the last position)
Pin no: 123882148879 (not accepted due to digit ‘8’ is not appear in sequence and in last position
Pin no: 123214558888 ( accepted as consolation prize winner)

• 3.2 Following table shows the co-relation between digit ‘8’ appear in the pins at last position and associated prizes.

• 3.3 The winner shall claim his/her prizes at VNPT-GS’s office with purchase receipt within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
• 3.4 Any unclaimed prizes for more than 2 months will be rolled over to next promotion within the ‘Promotion Period’.
4. Others
• 4.1 Each participant consents to VNPT-GS publishing his/her name in any media chosen by VNPT-GS for publicity purposes.
• 4.2 VNPT-GS reserves the right to replace or substitute the Prizes in the Promotion as shown in clause 2.1 with other prizes of equal or similar value.
• 4.3 VNPT-GS shall not be liable to any persons for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion.
• 4.4 The decision of VNPT-GS on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence(s) will be entertained.
• 4.5 Employees of VNPT-GS & ETN shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• 4.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
